This is listed as a reimplementation of Mighty Landlord but the description sounds almost identical to Mai-Star and very different from this explanation of Mighty Landlord.

I can sort of tie it to the landlord description. It doesn't really sound take-thatty like Mai Star.

That reimplementation link was my guess based on the description of Mighty Landlord. Now fixed!
