Subject: How long does it take to get missing cards? rss

Hi all,

I know many people are missing cards from their games. I sent Upper Deck a message around a week ago regarding a missing card. How long does it normally take them to respond? Do they respond, or just send out the card and it appears one day?

They will send card every friday so from 1-3 week when You will get Your missing cards.

I've been waiting over three weeks for a replacement rulebook and have yet to receive much more than a "here is your case number" reply.

If you haven't received any reply, I would try contacting them again.

I got my case nr. within two hours of emailing QA. However, my lone missing card (curse you Review the Nav Data!) will take 4-6 weeks to ship out.

Ok, I resent my mail and receipt copy. Hopefully it makes it through, although last time i did get an automated response so they should have got it. Thanks for the help guys

God this stuff makes me mad, seeing as it's an absolute standard screw up with Upper Deck.

I just got my one missing card yesterday. I did get the game on release day and send an email the next day, so I was one of the first I would guess.

I can recommend more expansions Predator, Evil Dead, and even Ghostbusters might benefit from the hidden/scan (pke meter) mechanic. Just a thought.

Placed my request on August 26th, and received my cards a couple days ago - so only about two weeks for shipping to Canada. Hurray!

I was just told today "4-6 weeks," so by October 29, I'll have the complete game I purchased. Sheesh!

Our first issue with missing cards from Upper Deck. Sent them a list of the missing cards on 08/31 and received the case number the next day. Cards were received within two weeks and we were playing on 9/14.

Update: I got my missing card today. They stated 4-6 weeks but it took just under two weeks to get it to Sweden. I am very, very satisfied with their customer support.

I was told 2-4 weeks yesterday - I was missing 49 cards. Guess I'll see how long it takes them to get here.

Good quick response though for a case number - 2 days.

Looking forward to getting everything sorted.

Using proxies right now - it's a very good co-op deck builder.

Just got my replacement, actually I got two for some reason, which were sent separately. I have to say, the packaging was really excellent, sleeved in one regular flexible sleeve and then in one rigid sleeve, in a bubble wrapped envelope, they clearly care for the item to arrive in pristine condition. Overall, pretty satisfied with the customer service.

Head over to the upper deck website. Under customer care there will be an email and phone number. They seemed quite good

The website says the following:

To replace any damaged cards, you will need to have purchased the product from a Certified Diamond Dealer. Without proof of purchase (a receipt & UPC codes), we will not be able to help with any issues.

What does that mean for those of us who purchased in the UK and have missing cards.
