I love bigger games, but once in a while I want to play light games either as filler or just with people who don't play a lot of games.

Games I have in my collection now that we play often is King Of Tokyo, Tsuro of the Seas and Love Letter.
Thinking of buying Hey thats my fish too.

Any other recommendations?

Farmageddon if you want to be mean to your friends. You want to acquire a field and plant your crops; if they can somehow survive to tour next turn, you can harvest them for points.
In a 4 player game there are 3 fields available devil

Fairy Tale very quick and simple card drafting game.

Hanabi co-op game; everyone keeps his/her cards facing outwards; so you can see everyone's cards but your own. On your turn you can play a card, or spend a clue to give information to others about their cards, or discard a card to get back a clue token. That's it...

Biblios is a great card filler that works great with 2 to 4 players.

VivaJava: The Coffee Game: The Dice Game is one of my favorite dice fillers.

Port Royal is light and works well with 2+ players.

From the other suggestions we really like these:
Hey! That's my Fish
Biblios
No Thanks!
For Sale

I still need to try these but they look good:
Age of War
Sushi Go!

Bang! The Dice Game is good for 5+ players

Splendor or the builders. Probably not a need for both but I really enjoy each of them.

Takenoko is great for 2-4 and plays in 30 minutes

Star Realms for a 2 player deck builder

+1 Sushi Go

Also like Qwixx and Cockroach Poker. Both good for non gamers as there are almost no rules.

Looks like many of the people replying didn't even read the fact you already have and play Love letter and King of Tokyo ... then go about recommending them to you.

My top three ideas for you would be:
Dixit
Perudo
Las Vegas

... and yeah, Hey that fish is pretty good and For Sale and Hanabi is worth getting ... but Indigo is too similar to Tsuro to bother IMO

No Thanks! 10 min or 15 min
One Night Ultimate Werewolf 11 min
For Sale 15 min or 20 min

The first is themeless but extremely simple, and it provides a very light dosage of strategy, but still pretty fun.

Second is a bit more complicated but still simple, but its hidden role. Its also timer'd to 10 mins. Nice take on werewolf genre.

Third is slightly longer but still very simple, and the illustrations are gorgeous and gameplay very enjoyable.

For Sale, Roll Through the Ages: The Bronze Age, Coup, and The Resistance have all been mentioned and are great choices.

Unnamed Object is a great, fast press-your-luck game from the same series as For Sale and Roll Through the Ages.

Liar's Dice is my favorite filler, though. I own all six of the games I mentioned, and my group plays Liar's Dice more than the other five combined. Most filler, we play once and we're satisfied. We move on to the next game or wrap up the night. But when Dice hits the table, we're playing 3-4 games, minimum.
