When voting to send people on a mission (not success / fail for the actual mission), is it secret ballot or does everyone reveal how they voted?

Everyone reveals. This is one of the main ways that the blue team gets information.

You select your votes and reveal them at the same time. Voting patterns are very important part of the game.

(For missions you submit success or fail, shuffle and reveal all.)

You'll avoid most misunderstandings when you use the terms vote and submit consistently.

Yes, and revealing at the same time is crucial. It must be clear that everyone must vote, and everyone must do at it at the same time, or you will inadvertently allow rule-breaking that can have devastating consequences on the resistance players.
