After some thoughts on this list and ways to improve it:

Currently it looks like:

Vessery(35) w/ VI + Ion Pulse Missile + Engine Upgrade (43)

Bounty Hunter (33) w/ HLC + Rebel Captive (43)

Academy Pilot (12) w/ Targeting Computer (14)

I have the Ion Pulse Missile to use against large ships but I've played 5 games with it so far and haven't come across 1 yet. I was thinking of dropping it and replacing the Academy Pilot with Night Beast w/ Targeting computer which would allow him to have a focus and TL when he does a green move.

Any thoughts on what else I could do?

HLC on Vessery? Drop the Rebel Captive and Ion, take Backstabber with TC?

I can't help but think that 47 points is an awful lot for a TIE Defender. 1 more point could buy you 4 Academy Pilots (!). Not to mention a loaded up Decimator...

My thoughts on the Rebel Captive is that the Hunter with dual firing arcs and HLC is going to be seen as a pretty big threat and thus an early target. Adding the Captive makes the opponent have to weigh up their options with the stress being added to their first shot.

I thought about tactician instead of Captive so I can hand more stress out.
