The programmer in me is probably being pedantic but the 2/3 - 4/5 card is described in the English rules as "...houses and palaces..."
Does this mean that there must be 2 or 3 (4 or 5) houses and palaces present to score or will (in the programming sense) just houses or palaces of different colors suffice?
I've forgotten the amounts, but ...
It scores the lower amount if there are 2 or 3 different colours present in the city.
It scores the higher amount if there are 4 or 5 different colours in the city.
