So it will be the hunter of artifact abusers Cesar vs the artificer Runika. I'm sure we could come up with some sort of story here. Maybe the Reliquary dispatched Cesar to go try and get Udstad to join them or something. Anyway, let's PM our starting stuff to our moderator.

Sorry for the delay. As kurisenshi mentioned, I've been busy with some thanksgiving stuff and my time is limited. I'm trying to only do this when I have time to actually proofread it to make sure I don't make any more gameplay effecting mistakes.
