I've played the original rules for Third Lebanon War as posted by Brian Train in this forum. I wanted to check on what seems to be an important point.

From reading the rules, it looks like a J2 chit can be played for evasion ONLY as a reaction to units being revealed or an attack being declared by your opponent. They cannot be played during your player turn.

For example, if I am Hamas, I cannot play a J3 chit to fire a bunch of missiles followed immediately by a J2 chit to evade.

Thanks for specifying the rule set Steve.

J2 chits played for Evasion are indeed only as a reaction to units being revealed or an attack against them being declared.
You have to give the enemy a chance to react to what you did, it's his option whether to react (in his turn) as well as your option to expend a J2 chit in reaction to that reaction.
