For those still waiting in the UK I have just received my SOB (10:30 Saturday 06/12/14), which was posted in Germany on Wednesday 03/12/14. Do not stray far from your front door.

No, but then I did not order any. It did not include the Outlaw miniature, which is to be sent with the Tier 2 stuff. The box contained the two basic games, the Outlaw card, a pack of Outlaw cards, and a list of all the items in the package, and those to be sent in Tier 2.

There is an awful lot of stuff, doubled.

DPD Geopost. The box has Shadows of Brimstone printed on the side, so there is no mistaking it.

Two more backers reported parcels in the KS comments' page this morning - so that's at least 3 so far (just clinging on to anything I can!)

Excruciating once again...

Wow are they not all here yet? Mine arrived about 10 days ago! No shipping e-mail beforehand, but I did get the red minis.

There was one shipment a couple of weeks ago indeed with people receiving on Nov 26th and 27th (those lucky ones got red minis).

Since then however, there had been no report of anything reaching the UK. Today is the first time since the 27th that parcels are showing up (without red minis) - hence the renewed excitement!

I got a knock on the door.

Oh, and a Dread Portal opened through which Unwholesome Things Not Meant For This World entered, but that's quite common around here.

I will say after assembling the mini's from the two core sets and playing, I see no need for the red mini's unless you want to create new models from them. The board gets swamped with monsters as it is, I'd rather have them get abilities instead of having to put more on the board.

I'll store mine until later. Much later.

Well, one of the proposed uses for the red minis is to denote Elite enemies (ie those with the extra abilities) so they're useful whichever way you want to play. I'm glad I got mine.

Also, for those not very confident with assembly it's good to practice on them first.

Except the rules do state that if you don't have enough models to place on the board, place what you have and than ALL of that type of enemy gets Elite abilities, so there is no denoting required. This is a nice streamlining way to handle it unless you choose to play with a variant.

This is true. I was going to go this route but right now the idea of spending more time assembling mini's instead of playing, nah. The mini's unfortunately aren't detailed enough to warrant the time investment IMHO.

I am using red minis for other world variants, hell bats turn into big bats, slashers into swamp slashers etc.

If I get around to it I will do the hungry dead though no other world variant, need a larger zombie horde.

Mine arrived yesterday here in Lincolnshire, UK. No red minis - these are now marked as 'Wave 2' with the rest of the stuff.

All present and correct. One of the token boards was slightly creased, it missed all the tokens but one of the map tiles has a crease through the middle - not sure how I feel about this yet. Another of the boards was slightly off centre when it was printed, but it doesn't look too bad.

I spent a couple of hours gluing today and I am half way through one set of minis. Fiddly work especially as the models aren't that well moulded. I will be glad when it is over as by all accounts the game is worth the effort!
