I cannot seem to find it on BGG or GMT.

edit: I don't see the flow chart listed, but the rules and errata are on that page. Also check out http://softec.hu/labyrinth/ - it's a computerized flow chart that seems to work well (I've only used it twice but haven't found any glaring errors so far), and works on my iPad / iPhone as well.
