Hi all,

My gym is sponsoring some families for christmas and one of the kids in need is an 11 year old who has asked for board games!

Sadly, I can't get any other info about what he likes/dislikes/already has, so I'm trying to think of some ideas that have broad appeal to a kid that age but not so broad as to be something he is likely to have already. $30 or so is my budget.

Some thoughts, but would love to hear yours:

-Smash Up!
-Zombies!!! (out of print but I think there may be a copy at one of my local game stores, would love to hear other zombie options other than zombie dice under $30.)
-King of Tokyo

Any others? Feeling stuck.

Thanks for any help!

Maybe going with something pretty new so it's less likely he already has it?
Colt Express is something I would think of that should be fresh in the shelfs and might be something he likes fromt he theme?!

Check out Zombies A-Z (mostly Z): The definitive list of Zombie games might give you some ideas.
