Alright bggers.

I got a challenge(or not). I have been gaming for a few years now, and my wife plays as well.

She loves the whole serial killer thing(tv shows, Dexter etc.) Is there a game that you play as a killer got to commit the crime and run away, or on the flip side play as the detectives and solve the crime.

We have Mr Jack, and I have read reviews of the Dexter game but sounds awful.

We like all kinds of games, heavy, light, euro, dice roll, card games etc.

Any help would be good.

This has to be a 2 player game?

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars, where you will be forced to drift aimlessly farther into the vast, empty abyss of space until a lack of food, water and oxygen causes you to succumb to Death's cold embrace.

I hate the game, but Letters from Whitechapel might be a good match? More the chase than the event, but could be a hit.

Tragedy Looper might also work if you can get it, as may Tajemnicze Domostwo when it's available.

Noir: Killer vs. Inspector
One player plays the cop while the other plays the killer. If the killer can kill everyone without the cop finding out who the killer is, he wins.

27th Passenger
Every player plays a killer and tries to kill all other killer.

P.I.
This one might not be what you are looking for as you can't play the killer. Instead it is about finding out what happened. I just added it because it is thematically close.

Edit: I just reread the OP, seems P.I. might actually work thematically well.

Also, how about Android?
The setting is in the future, but it is still about murder and conspiracy.

I was about to suggest this but thought I was just listing all "whodunnit" games blindly.

I really like PI, it's fundamentally Mastermind, the little peg game, in a multiplayer format.

it's also £15 *delivered* on amazon.co.uk from Ludibay, so is dirt dirt cheap currently. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Givenchy-WFR2006-P-I-Board-Game/dp/B...
