Particularly now that the Blood on the Streets expansion is out and Block War is included in the main game.

What has significantly changed between the previously free pdf version and the printed version?

The main difference is how the 2nd ed now incorporates the Block War expansion, so the expansion is no longer an expansion to the 2nd edition (which now has its own expansion) only the 1st.

They explained everything in detail and at great length. After they finished I sat, despondent, contemplating a bleak and empty future. "I’m glad you’re depressed" said one. "It means you’ve understood the situation.”

I'd suggest not.

De Bellis Antiquitatis is on version 3.0 and only has the one entry.

I suggest that keeping the one entry has all the game information in one place.

That said, Blood on the Streets (mainly to track ownership & trades & etc) could be a separate entry much as The Last Argument of Kings is for Black Powder.

That's my two creds worth.
