Looking for some clarification:

Once any mountain in a "range" is mined, all spaces in that range are fixed with that resource for the rest of the game.

Lakes, unlike mountains can be divided by starting city placement.

When building a fishery, you can only "load" it with one type of good.

If two fisheries are in the same body of water, they must produce the same type good.

Unlike mountains, once a lake "goes fallow" (no one is producing any goods in it) the next fisherman may produce the good of his choice.

Incorrect. Each fishery can produce whatever it wants, all that is required is that all goods from the same fishery are of the same type.
