I hope this helps, click on any pictures to see the larger sizes.

bonus cards:

One for each room type and size, as well as a super bonus for collecting all types or all sizes. Large size rooms give more than small because there are less of them. Food and Sleeping rooms are more, probably because they are snatched up for their awesome completion bonuses. Most of the other bonuses match up with some of the King's Favor goals.

Now I'll show all the rooms by type, then by size, and finally by center bonuses.

Something you'll notice from the room types photos is that for each type, the placement and bonus values are consistent based on room size. There are also almost always the same number of entrances on similar sized rooms.

Activity rooms:

12 rooms in 5 sizes:
3x 150 - All with identical layouts and bonuses, only one other pair that does this.
3x 250
2x 350
2x 500
2x 600 - penalties for all room types except activity and outdoors

All rooms have penalties for Sleeping and Living rooms.

Food rooms:

9 rooms in 3 sizes:
3x 100
3x 200
3x 300

All have two entrances making completion really easy, every connection bonus represented except downstairs (impossible) and corridors (too easy).

Corridor rooms:

21 rooms in 4 sizes:
6x 75 - stairs
4x 125 - Foyers, 1 per player, starting piece
9x 150 - hallways
2x 350

Sleeping rooms:

8 rooms in 3 sizes:
3x 200
3x 300
2x 400 - Interesting that both of these have corridor bonuses

With only two doors each, sleeping rooms are also really easy to get the completion bonus. I bet this has to do with why there are no utility bonuses because then you could easily get a new bonus card that would tell you to get a certain size, shape, or type of room that you would then go pick two of to come out next. Unlike food rooms, there are no bonuses for activity rooms. Clearly sleeping rooms are seen as the most powerful.

Outdoor rooms:

11 rooms in 5 sizes:
3x 250
2x 400
2x 450 - Breaks the same number of entrances trend, not sure why Gate House couldn't have one on the west wall.
2x 500 - Breaks the same number of entrances trend.
2x 600

No bonuses for corridors, lots for outdoors.

Utility rooms:

9 rooms in 3 sizes:
3x 100 - Cloak rm and Broom closet have same layout making them identical.
3x 200
3x 300

All have one entrance and no connection bonuses. This is likely due to their completion bonus being extra points and making sure that you always have a new goal to chase.

Living rooms:

14 rooms in 6 sizes:
3x 100
3x 150
2x 350
2x 400
2x 450
2x 600

All have four entrances, one in each cardinal direction. As size goes up, placement points go down and connection bonus goes up, always adding to 5. Lots of bonuses for activity rooms. Can be massive points for completion especially if you get all of the connections bonuses. All connection bonuses represented.

Downstairs rooms:

10 rooms in 4 sizes:
3x 150 - Breaks the same number of entrances trend
3x 250 - Breaks the same bonus trend
2x 450
2x 500 - Breaks the same bonus trend

All eight room types represented in bonuses, food and sleeping get double representation can be very powerful if scooped up in conjunction with matching bonus cards.

Now on to rooms by size. Each size has equal numbers of three room types, small rooms (100-300) have 9 rooms each, large rooms (350-600) have 6 rooms each. I didn't take pictures of the room cards because there is nothing much to look at, all sizes have 2/3rds the number of room cards as tiles; 6 cards for each small size and 4 cards for each large size.

small rooms:

100s: Food, Utility, Living. No connection bonuses, probably just because they wouldn't fit without shrinking and obscuring art.
150s: Activity, Living, Downstairs
200s: Food, Sleeping, Utility
250s: Activity, Outdoor, Downstairs

Intermediate rooms:

300s: Food, Sleeping, Utility
350s: Activity, Corridor,Living

Large rooms:

400s: Sleeping, Outdoor, Living
450s: Outdoor, Living, Downstairs
