Preferably from multiple angles?

It looks like mine came deformed, but I'd like to verify it before I contact CMoN. I also received a ripped tile, so I need to contact them anyway but would like to have all the info I need.

She's probably ok, I did the hot/cold water thing to mine, but in the end I put her back the way she came.

I think that odd pose is just the way she comes (unless your having other bendy issues.) I hope you get a new tile, too!

Yeah, Louise is definitely at an awkward angle. Cathy is also at a weird angle, like she's leaning backwards or about to start doing the limbo.

The sculpts this time around are good, but some of the poses are very awkward. I think that some of the promo figures that got shown off are going to be the same way.

You don't really need a replacement for that... just dip it in hot water, straighten is out and then dip it in cold water.

Thanks. i'll give that a try.

Should the water be boiling hot, or just hot?

How long would you leave it submerged in both the hot and cold water?

It depends on the bend you are doing. I could fix your louise with my hot tap water but my hot water heater is Set on a very high setting.

Put the model in hot water until it is bendy. Reposition the model in the desired position and then dip it in cold water. The cold water set is almost immediate.

It should be very hot - probably too hot to touch. You need to submerge it for only a few seconds. When you take it out change its shape straight away. Even if you don't use cold water, it will go hard again within a minute or two.
