Does anyone know were I could buy/find (not print because my printer is not able to print large maps) custom map tiles or maps with scale 1/72 approximately to use for all my 1/72 figures. A good example are the maps from the Torn Armor-game. They suit very well for all kind of ancient up to Napoleonic figures. But it would be interesting if I could find a game with such maps/map tiles for modern warfare. I guess I could create some myself (only map TILES of course!) with Photoshop, but then I should need 2d-terrain without hexes/grid on it from cities/villages/airfields/trenches/bomb craters/jungle...

In the U.S. there is a chain of stores that will print large-format for about $16. If you can find an image you like and put a hex grid on it you can send it to Walgreens for printing.

Might be worth checking in Belgium for similar services.

They can print up to A0 size

I guess there are many like that - better ask in the Belgium forum for one a bit closer to where you live

Kallistra Limited makes a line of "Hexon" hex terrain, including hills and other types of terrain in a variety of flocking.

If you're willing to make your own, there are several "how to" articles on the web, such as http://www.coolminiornot.com/articles/6397-how-to-make-modul.... I've made some boards using cork tiles, which are easy to work with and already have texture.

A kickstarter ("BattleHex") is underway at the moment for large modular hex terrain. Might fit your bill. http://bit.ly/bhexks
