From http://riograndegames.com/news.html just updated today (Oct. 9th):

Gloria Mundi and Cartagena released last week.

Alhambra: The City Gates, Alhambra: The Thief's Turn, and Alhambra: The Treasure Chamber (Alhambra: Calif's Treasure Chamber), Taj Mahal, and Duckling Dancin' (Duckling Dancing... the expansion for Chicken Cha Cha Cha) have arrived in the US. Unfortunately, they have been held by US Customs for longer than expected. We are told they will be released to us next week and we will ship them immediately upon receipt. We apologize for this delay.

Barnyard Buddies (Barnyard Critters) and Augsburg 1520 have shipped from Germany and are expected to arrive in the next week or so. Thurn and Taxis and Lost Cities have been reprinted and shipped from Germany. They will arrive here before the end of October. Printing problems with the cards for To Court the King (To Court the King) have delayed this game, but we expect it to be here in late October or early November.

We expect to release the following games in at Essen and will have them in the US in November: Medici vs Strozzi, Cartagena 2. The Pirate's Nest, Imperial, On the Underground, Power Grid: Benelux/Central Europe, Hermagor, Yspahan, and Fiji.

If Wishes Were Fishes!, Ruse & Bruise (Ruse & Bruise), and Taluva will not be ready for Essen, but should reach the US in late November.

The re-release of Medici will occur in January.

There is a duck in every game. You may not see it, but it's there.

Held up in customs, huh? They must have had liquids in them. Either that or spinach.

http://riograndegames.com/allgames.html (last updated Sunday Oct 8) still says "October", though somewhere else I had heard "November"... but it curious no mention is made of it. Could just be an oversight (hopefully)... hopefully Shogun isn't pushed out to 2007!

I emailed Jay about Shogun and his response was simply:

I expect it in November
