In the rules it says to put your marker on the 50 gold mark on the camel track and put the camels in oasis and each camel gives you 50 gold off the auction bids. But what do the 70,100 and 150 mean then? How do you move the token or is it a missprint and you move it each time you buy a camel and that is the new amount you get off?

The token is moved with event cards only. You get 50 gold off for each camel and the 50/70/100 or 150 extra discount for the camel track.

Sorry for my english.

Initially, for each camel you have, you receive the 50 gold discount on bids (so with 3 camels, say, you're getting 3 x 50 = 150 bid discount). Through play of the "Better Breed" event card - and only in this way - you can move your discount one space to the right (so now, you're getting 3 x 70 = 210 bid discount). Additional "Better Breed" cards may move the discount per camel higher, up to the maximum.

So, yes, the amount of discount on bids during the auctions with zero camels is zero, but you still place a marker on the 50 space to indicate that is how much you would get if you had 1 camel. For each camel you own you will gain this discount e.g. 3 camels on the 50 space will net you 150 discount. Through the use of better breed cards you can move down the camel track. My first game was netting me 200 discount for most of the game, it does make a difference.
Also, Camels dying will not move the marker backwards either, only a slight bump to the table is going to do that.
