During a round is it the same player who always starts to place his die (or dice) on Casinos ?
If we consider the game ends at the 4th round,
so with 5 players there is one player who never goes first ?

It would more be more logical to change the first player at the beginning of each roll ?

Thanks for your feedback
Laurent

At home, the players roll their dice at the same time (for a quicker game), but it makes no difference.
The problem with 5 players for me, is that a player will never be the last player to place his dice.

Don't you think it's a big advantage to place your dice after all players ?

You should not know the outcome of other players rolls when playing your turn.

The rules clearly state the oldest player starts first and then it rotates to the next player to the left for the next round.

The rules also state that only the player whose turn is up rolls the dice. If everyone rolled their dice at once, then this could actually lengthen the game because a player has more information to analyze in determining what their best move is.

This will ruin the game because it takes the excitement out of the die roles. Not knowing what will be rolled next is what builds the suspense, makes the dice placement decisions interesting, and makes this game fun.

Often you place hoping that other players won't make a specific role, if you can see their roles, then you know the best place to place your dice (especially in the last round or two).
