When setting up the game, each player is dealt 9 cards, and 10 cards are placed face up in the exchange, as with the basic rules. The players, however, have no individual draw decks, and the 26 remaining cards are placed in a single drawing deck.
As long as this drawing deck is not exhausted, the game is played as follow:
On his turn, a player
• plays two cards from his hand
• takes one card from the exchange into his hand
• gives another card from the exchange to his opponent
• turns the two first cards from the drawing deck face up and adds them to the exchange. When the draw pile is exhausted, game resumes as usual.
