Guys, We are currently struggling with the "Journey along the Anduin" scenario with the core decks Aragorn-Theodred-Eowyn and Legolas-Beravor-Denethor.

We can already overcome the Hill Troll and almost reach the end untill one of these events start to kill characters and even heros?

How to overcome these events?

1) save Eleanor action for these nasty treacheries, she's your backup hero for that. If you did not use her ability, you always use her with Strength of Will when traveling or even defend smaller ennemies.
EDIT: just saw you're not using Eleanor

2) if you have A Test of Will in hand, save it (and a resource during planning phase) to cancel those effects when they are revealed from the encounter deck.

Granted, there is absolutely no option for hard-counting those treachery cards if you're not playing Spirit.

Actually, you'll see that Eleanor and A Test of Will are still the only two reliable treachery cancellation in the meta game.

You can always consider that Lore mitigates Treachery by healing (Imladris Knowledge, Daughter of the Nimrodel) but that's not much.

being able to cancel a treachery with A test of will will save you. Since you have Eowyn you can have that spirit card in your deck. Since Evil Storm is threat dependent, Galad's Greeting can help to reduce your threat to under 35, this is also a spirit card. Based on your Aragorn deck, I would put the Steward of Gondor on Eowyn to give her enough resources to play these, use Theodred to give resources to Aragorn. You have some lore, so you can heal as well. Basically, treacheries are nasty, and many many games end as a loss because of them.

One trick with surviving Necromancer's Reach is to only exhaust characters for their abilities at the end of the round instead of the beginning. So use your Daughter of the Nimrodel and Henamarth Riversong right before refresh so they are ready during the quest phase.

Evil Storm can be nasty, but if you get it early on it is awesome since it doesn't surge. Also it's not the end of the world if you lose a few allies to it, especially if you managed to put out your Horn of Gondor.

Easy Storm is really easy to work around. Just don't let your threat go above 35. Use The Galadhrim's Greeting and Gandalf for that.

Plus you have Denethor, who can help you get rid of nasty events off the top of the encounter deck, and two Lore heroes who can help pay for healing cards.

On the Spirit side there's the aforementioned Test Of Will.

Also, this should be obvious, but, simply, be careful about questing with characters who can only take one more damage before dying. Lots of folks around here rely pretty heavily on Spirit card cancellation, but that's not the only winning route.
