Interested to spot this whilst browsing eBay today. Does not appear in the BGG database - only three games for that company; Desert Rats, Kesselring and Desden 1813. All data from 1978/79 which looks about right for the artwork and production values on the pic attached to this:

It's from International Team - "Simulation Games" was a brand name they put on their more wargame-ish titles. It has nothing to do with the UK Simulation Games that did Desert Rats and the like.

It's not all that rare, either.

Thanks for the clarification.

As the correct dBase entry seems to have 5 people looking for a copy I have posted the auction there. Whilst it may not be that rare I have not seen a copy come up on eBay in over a year of monitoring the boardgames there (and at BGG marketplace too of course!).
