When the U.S. makes its landing (at some point during the war) in West Africa, how do PP get shipped there to reinforce units? Is it automatic without shipping losses as long as U.S. fleets are in the Central Atlantic to ensure a supply line to the ports.

American Finished Goods sent to a West Africa Major Port (i.e. Alger - not Casablanca, as it is minor) cross the Southern Atlantic (as described on page 10 of BLOCKS IN EUROPE Rules manual under the section ALLIED SHIPPING LOSSES)) and are subject to Axis submarine attack.

This has been chosen as an abstarction for making things easier and force at least a double pronged landings.
