7 days ago I purchased Knight of Charlemagne. Five of the cards had gashes in them. I e-mailed Playroom and a week later I had replacement cards.

Gee, wish I could say the same. 3 times over the period of 6 months I have emailed them requesting the replacement of a grey citizen for Portobella Market, because he was only half there. They have not even once acknowledged my email requests to their customer service department, or of course, sent the piece.

As far as I am concerned, their customer relations are a complete and total failure.
