Do you think this deck is viable?

If not, what would you change to make it more viable? Is SfSS better here than GLC? (as not only can it help advance agendas, but also Ice Wall.)

P.S. By "viable" I don't mean that it can win tournaments or even store championships, but merely that it can win more that 50% of the time (even if it's only 51%).

Right now I don't see any viable targets for Trick of Light.

Have you considered Mushin No Shin and Plan B?

Or maybe some advanceable ice other than Ice Wall?

Also I find NeoTokyo and odd choice...

NeoTokyo only goes off when you advance something in the server. It makes the most sense if you've got advancable assets, or if you're playing Tennin so you can place advancement tokens on cards that otherwise couldn't receive them. In this deck, it looks like it would only ever fire off when you fast advance an agenda. That sort of sounds awesome at first, if you've already got two tokens down on Ice Wall, you can score a 3/2 with only 1 credit and Trick of Light in hand... but you'd be spending 2 credits to rez it, and you only score 3 agendas total. You could normally score that agenda with 2 credits and Trick of Light in hand.

That's exactly the agenda spread to use if you're going for 2-point Medtech instead of 3-point Medtech. Bait them into stealing an early Medical Breakthrough and you're golden. I've tried a deck similar to this and it did alright with some satisfying wins, but certainly not over 50% win rate.

^^ I wonder if he could sacrifice the Biotic Labor and 1 Himitsu-Bako for 2 Asteroid Belts? 5/44 is a lot better than 3/44, and Asteroid's are waaay more resilient to trashing. And once it's rezzed, removing the tokens isn't damaging to the tax.

I have never been a fan of the FA Harmony Medtech idea. I feel the only way to use this idea is to use all 3/5 agendas and Mushin no shin, along with several advanceable traps. It is a gambler's deck. If you would like to see my deck list, I can post if you like. I hancent used it much over the past two months, but it has won me tourneys before.

Exactly. You're waiting for that one Ice Wall, and spending another turn just to advance it, before you can FA an agenda... that can kill you're entire game plan. Also Ice wall can be Parasited, od Knifed. Putting more cards you can advance could help a bit.

But playing Tennin Institute would be probably a wiser choice.

For every ice wall you draw, you will also draw 3 agendas. Not ideal to sit with loads of agendas in a FA.

I made a Harmony Fast Advance deck ages ago (before Lunar cycle), there's some interesting chat by some far better Jinteki players than me in the thread:

In the end I scrapped all the Trick of Light stuff, a canny runner kill keep you poor then trigger/bounce (hello Leela) the traps to leave you stranded. I decided to try using SanSans and rush ice to quickly score my first agenda then Fast Advance all the other ones.

I like a few asset economy cards as well as the runner wants to check them early on and slow themselves down, or you can see if they're too scared/busy rig building to run them and that you might be able to sneak through an agenda naked.

EDIT for commentary. Most of your agendas can be scored with either SanSan city Grid or Mushin into Plan B, eventually into Trick of light. The Ice is only for the central servers but really, don't hope it will keep the runner out too much. Ice Wall is just there as a backup. You could certainly change the ice composition, only Rainbow is actually key. You can use Lotus and Ashigaru if you want or Swordsman instead of Yagura... really it's up to your taste. The lone Profiteering can really be any 3/1. This deck is AMAZING at scoring agendas early but can get locked later in the game. Currently on the shelf due to excessive vulnerability to Anarch.
