In the following thread, it is postulated whether it is possible to complete your quilt:

Can you actually complete your board ?

It seems that the worse your opponent plays, the easier it is to complete your quilt.

This got me wondering whether it might be interesting to play as a team?
Same rules, one quilt each, just combine both scores and compare the joint achievement against a suitable ranking system.

Instead of trying to score more than your opponent, sum the score and play as team.
