Link to the Deck page where I have the notes on why each card is in the deck. I haven't actually tried this deck yet; it's purely a thought experiment at this point. Once my local league is over, I can take the necessary cards out of my Kate-Train deck to give this a whirl.

Anyone have any experience/insight with similar decks?

I've got a really silly Quetzal Paintbrush deck. Influence is used on 2 Paintbrush, 2 e3 Feedback Implants, 1 Clone Chip, and Utopia Shard. 3 Knifed, 2 Forked, a bunch of deja vu's and Same Old Things. My breakers are 3 Cuj.0 and 3 Corroder, and I've got Inject + I've Had Worse to cycle through the deck quickly. Overall it was pretty terrible, but it certainly was fun!

IMO you're only really missing multiaccess.

edit: Here's the decklist if you're interested in taking a look.

If your focus is ice destruction, then yes, I've built a similar deck that seems to work fine. It's an Edward Kim deck however, but it could have been a Quetzal deck as well...

The idea is to destroy as many ice as possible using Parasite/Clone Chip or by using Spooned/Forked/Knifed/Same Old Thing. It's using a traditional breaker suite with a single Eater as backup or face-check-insurance and to get around any Lotus Fields.

There is no multi-access in the deck, but when the corp is low on ice, this deck can run quite often (and cheaply) and uses Edward Kim/Imp to trash stuff to be able to dig deeper.

Eddie ice destroyer (45 cards)

Edward Kim: Humanity's Hammer

2 Cyberfeeder
2 Grimoire
1 Plascrete Carapace

Resource (7)
3 Daily Casts
2 Kati Jones
2 Same Old Thing

Icebreaker (5)
2 Corroder
1 Eater
1 Mimic
1 Yog.0

Been bouncing around with one for a while. I'm really loving Grappling Hook in Quetzal as it has a lot of uses. It synergizes beautifully with E3 which I was already running, and can be used in conjunction with her ability to get you past big barriers before you find E3. Also makes it cheap and easy to break stuff to trigger your Cutlery stuff.

da4vid is better, but running one grappling hook too can help with lower strength ice.

I run D4VID as well. It's a really non-traditional breaker suite designed to leverage E3 as much as possible to make surprisingly cheap runs.

I would consider going to 3 knights instead of 3 overminds. Knights can be considered "weak" ICE destruction to some degree since the Corp often trashes ICE to get rid of them. If you aren't married to the ability to clone chip something in mid run you could exchange them for scavenge to do a really fast, free "reload" of overmind, Cuj.0, and D4V1D. I was running a deck a lot like this several weeks ago and I always felt a bit out of control. Never quite enough money or pieces to feel totally comfortable. Really fun to play though, and it was before O&C so you may have more luck now that the cutlery is available.

devil's advocate devil
I like the idea of 2 knights and 3 overminds. Overmind combos well with E3, which combo's well with Quetzal's ability, and with clone chips and deja vu, you can recycle a single knight plenty if that's what you need. Blue Sun's still very popular, and a knight/parasite heavy build will not match up well against BS picking up their ice (read: BS bs, if you get my drift )
But of course it depends on your local meta and what IDs people near you tend to run more.
