Heya,

Personally I would have hammered that little guy you found sailing alone....yeah, it's only 1200 tons, but at that point, you haven't gotten a "successful" patrol yet, and you can't guarantee you'll even GET a contact for the rest of the patrol.

Fortunately, you ran into those other ships. But see my point? You had a risk of a failed patrol.

At least you aren't dead And I'm just nit-picking, lol.

Take care,
Greg

OTOH, attacking an escorted 1200 tons ship could backfire and it was only his first Mission box.

I should have done like he did. Of course, if had been the third or fourth Mission box, I certainly took the risk.

Hey Marc,

Thanks man, I'm glad you're having fun. To me, knowing my games are out there getting the counters worn down and the edges rounded, is what matters. I'd be a sad panda if all my games just sat on the shelf gathering dust.

Good luck next career, then! I haven't seen the post on your 5th but it sounds bad. LOL.

Agree with Frank ! Risk/Benefit for an escorted tiny ship is much too large. The Fatherland is poorly served by taking that risk.
