Hello,

At Essen 2006 I bought BtB. And after reading the rules for the second time I have a question.

Why are in MULIT-NATIONAL stacks the costs cummulative for all present armies, even not active?

Thnks.

I guess that's meant to simulate the difficulties of organising and managing a multinational force. Note that British and Commonwealth forces count as one nationality for this purpose.
