SAKURA in KYOTO 2018 Back to Kansai
Yes, it's Bonfire Month again in England, and all around bombs are bursting in mid air. And if you're bursting to play the latest games from Essen, well I hope someone brings them along, because mine are still in a box somewhere.
Beyond Monopoly! is open again this Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Come to York's friendliest boardgame club, play any of the games in our growing collection, or bring a few games and bring somebody new. We are open to the public, so anybody is welcome (lowest age is 8 years). We really want to see some families along, so bring your brood and find some new games to play.
See our website for directions: http://bmyork.pbwiki.com/
Don't forget, we'll be at the National Railway Museum on Sunday November 12th 2006, all day. Entry to the museum is free and we'll have lots of games for you to join in with.
If you want to get onto the mailing list to get a reminder in the week before we meet, drop me a message and I'll put you on the email list. If you know somebody who'd like our club, let me know and we'll add them too if they want.

Beyond Monopoly! is York's friendliest board game club, open 10am to 6pm at the Railway Institute on Queen Street, York YO24 1AD. It's just a few metres walk from the railway station, and we get plenty of gamers from all around. You'll be very welcome, especially if you are new to modern games. You don't have to know anything, we'll show you a wide variety of games from easy to complex, and there are plenty of people to explain the rules. Drop in when you want, come and go as you like (£3 on the door, £2 for unwaged/students, £1 children 8-12). The bar is open to 2.30pm (hot food till 1.30pm), or bring your own lunch, and a water bottle.
