So just to clarify, the half space between the entry of the door and the grass in front of it does not count for movement, but does for zone of control? I just feel that one should be able to enter a building no matter what , as long as it is adjacent to the entry way and there is not unit on the other side, but it seems, according to the rules, that an enemy that is also adjacent to the entry makes this move impossible. Can someone clarify? I just wish the building tiles filled out the tile completely. Thanks!
I'm guessing the building don't fill out the squares fully because it wouldn't leave much room to draw the walls / features of the buildings.
I don't have an issue with it and it makes sense to me that an enemy unit can block a door from either space.
