I want to ask you an advice - in which game during the game play you get something though it’s not your turn to play?

Only two games come into my mind:
The Settlers of Catan - I get some raw materials if dice determine so.
Monopoly – I get money if I am so lucky and some player lands on my property.

What games come into your mind?

Wow. Any game with open auctions and market phases. Anything where a player can land on your piece and initiate any sort of trade.

It actually isn't an uncommon feature at all, and I think you may have to narrow down the parameters a bit.

Probably I played too little games that I can say no other title, where players get something not on their turn.
Maybe, Caylus - where players get some prestige points or raw materials when anybody else places the worker on their building...

You can get stuff not on your turn in many team tactical combat games by handing a weapon to another player. Or by participating in an auction like in Return Of The Heroes. Or trading usable items like Break The Safe. Or the draft of materials in Groo.

I would say most tactical team combat games allow transfer of items.

Puerto Rico, if the Mayor, Settler, Builder, Captain, Trader, or Craftman is chosen, you can get Colonists, Plantations, Buildings, points, money, or goods respectively.

San Juan - similar to Puerto Rico

Carcassonne - points if someone closes your feature

Bohnanza - beans from trading with the active player

Samurai - Figurines from someone else closing off a town where you've got pieces placed

Tigris and Euphrates - score cubes from someone placing a tile where you have a leader

Magic: the gathering - any number of cards can cause all players to draw cards, get creatures, lose or gain life.

That's just scratching the surface really...

But probably I didn't express my "search condition" clearly (my poor English is guilty )

I'm looking for a game, where you can establish, create something what brings you some profit or income though it's not your turn to play and you even don't need to be active. Or for example, when someone uses (or someone is forced to use) your property during the game what brings you some income.

Return Of The Heroes - I cannot remember anything like this during the game play.

Puerto Rico (or San Juan) - when some role is chosen, everybody gets something. Better to say everybody is on turn to get something. Depending on the own buildings - more or less, but almost everybody. I don't feel it's the game what I'm looking for.

Bohnanza - you trade - you get... but only at that moment. Or you trade - you get rid of...
OltreMare is better at that point, because you get extra prestige points for the trade. But it's only an encouragement to trade when order of cards in hands is not important like in Bohnanza. And it's not "that"

Thank you for the other suggestions. Maybe some of them will be "my goal"!
