A few of the airlines have started using games similar to stuff found on the Lumosity websites (and similar) as part of the interview process. Of course, in an effort to game the system, applicants now get in and practice those style games...

(I've wondered in the past if someone marketing person from Lumosity didn't convince them to do this, in an effort to force applicants to get accounts with them to practice...)
