Assume we are going to use the 30 cards per player model, IE 120 = 4 Players.

Would you just do 30 of each: Good, Evil, Wild, Unaligned?
Would those breakdown into 15 Fast, and 15 Slow cards per?

How many "Stop" and "Break"/"Banish" effects?

I am using both sets so I have a large collection to access.

It seems that each pack usually has one stop, so probably 2 stops per 'deck'. The others I am not sure of, what is the distribution in the packs?

If you mean "pack fresh" distribution:
1 Rare
7 Slow
7 Fast

There is no guarantee for removal, stop, or even equal alignment breakdown.

In Time Wars, the expansion, I have even had packs with no rares, or multiple of more than one card. Never had that problem in Base Set.

However, in Time Wars, much more Break, Banish, and Stop cards more often.

For my cube, I randomize 15 Fast, 15 Slow per Alignment from a large pool. Then shuffle the entire stack and deal out 30 card decks. Obviously, no repeats, so the games get tense and unpredictable.

If I were to design a specific 120 for someone I would have a set number of Champions in both Fast and Slow, as well as try to have complete cycles of cards like the "If you play a _______". Splash in some Rebuilds from Time Wars for more reliabilty. But also debate with the designee how much Token work they want.
