I tend to find when I build runner decks I put too much "cool fancy stuff" and not enough of the basics. On the 1 in 5 games when it all comes together great but on the other 4...
So I've decided to go back to basics with the following:
Ed Kim no frills (45 cards)
Edward Kim: Humanity's Hammer
2 I've Had Worse
2 Special Order
3 Sure Gamble
2 HQ Interface
3 Armitage Codebusting
3 Daily Casts
2 Earthrise Hotel
3 Liberated Account
1 ZU.13 Key Master
So I've had a fair bit of success with this. The basic idea is to put a lot of early pressure on the corp with aggressive running - Kim's ability helps here as you can kill an operation out of r&d then run again.
I've found an early incubator can be great for forcing the corp to purge every 4 or 5 turns with no real work from me. If they don't purge I can drop a medium and see several cards out if r&d (ideally combined with a well timed knifed)
I'm feeling like I've maybe gone a bit too basic and could do with a few tricks. In the last few games I've really wished I had a parasite.
I was thinking maybe lose the diesels and add a third I've had worse plus a clone chip. What should I cut for parasite? If anything?
Any comments appreciated.
