I'm sleeving all my Tuscany stuff and in the structures tier 2 compartment there's 36 structures and another deck with the structure backed cards saying open at your own risk.

I haven't opened them at all as I don't want to mix up the cards. I don't see anything written about them though. There not mentioned on the box inlay.

Anyone can tell me a bit more about those?

They're a Very Special Surprise, so spoilers:

They are Structure cards that allow you to build parts of the city of Euphoria. Each one gives you an "income" of VPs but imposes a large drawback.

Terence: If you decide to open it (which you should eventually), I would recommend waiting until after you open and play with the structure expansion.
