Finally, the monsters of King of Tokyo are no longer generic and have their own style of play! I really like this expansion. It turned King of Tokyo from a fun little game into a something really amazing, more like a cinematic monster movie.

In the original, it didn't really matter which monster one chose, they were all the same, but this expansion changed all that. Gigazaur basically takes away Victor points from others, Meka Dragon becomes a damage-dealing machine, Cyberbunny is all about that energy, the Kraken is about healing, The King is all about controlling Tokyo, and the Alianoid gains its own technology tokens to do stuff.

We play with this expansion nearly all the time now. It adds a lot of personality to the original characters. It also comes with its own monster, a giant panda, and his evolutions make it a jack of all trades.

This is a top-notch expansion, which really makes a great, fun game even greater and more fun - which is all one can really ask of an expansion. I would even go so far as to say this one is a "Must Have."
