In the the late April 2015 issue of GTM, there will be a new mini-expansion celebrating the 2015 World Championship in Berlin, Germany.

I am unaware of an European edition if this expansion. Mayfair seems to be running a lot of exclusive promos through GTM.

I'm unsure of how it works, but I'm told that it works with all the big box expansions.

Depends on where you live. In Germany (and selected surrounding countries) you can order it from the official Catan Shop:
