I have created a custom Ruleset with a seven script story arc. You can download the PDF here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6SB-u8YoeM3X0pBS1FfcDhReGM...

I recommend printing this out for the players and Mastermind for reference.

I've only been able to do limited testing so any feedback is welcome.

That is very cool. Which of them have been tested?

All three pictures are part of one ruleset (Plots, Roles, Incidents and Characters). All seven scripts (which will be posted in this forum and http://www.tragedylooperscripts.com) have been tested by me and my playgroup at least once but more playtesting would be helpful.

One concern I would have about using this tragedy set as a mastermind is that there are a lot of hidden state changes that aren't reflected by tokens or cards, like characters gaining the Supernatural tag or turning into Facsimiles. Since there's no way to read the current state just by looking at the board, even if you know the original role assignments, it seems like the mastermind would need to write things down as they happen to keep track of it all. What method did you use when you playtested your scripts?

Great question. I've tried to make the ruleset so that the Mastermind doesn't have to write anything down. The Supplicant's Supernatural status is not that bad to keep track of but the Facsimiles can be difficult if the script spreads them out too much.

Just like the Basic Tragedy Ruleset, it is easy to make a script that won't work. In the Supernatural Ruleset, a script with Spore Pod as the main plot and Infestation as a Subplot with Facsimiles in in three locations would be both too complex to keep track of all the Facsimiles for the Mastermind and probably impossible for the Protagonists to win.

What I've attempted to do in the scripts that I've created is make it so it is manageable for the Mastermind and possible for the Protagonists to win. I'd love some feedback, particularly on the scripts with Facsimiles, to see if Masterminds are having trouble keeping track of who is real versus a Facsimiles. Generally I find that you end up with just one location that is a Facsimile factory so you can keep track of it all but I’d be curious to see how others are playing it.
