Really appreciate the effort in publishing a set of living rules for the game specific rules. Wish more designers did this. Are there any plans to publish a living rule book for the series rules?

There's one out there in the main support folder (v3.0). In addition, the NWIP rules will have all the latest edits. Those will be made available as we get closer to production.
