Hi there! I have built 8 decks from the Stargate TCG cards that I have and the rest of the 1000 or so cards I have are just sitting collecting dust. That's not good!

If there's anyone still patrolling this game's page, could you offer advice on the best way to go to sell/trade them? Should I look for people on here? Has anyone tried selling on ebay or something similar?

For reference, here's my excess cards that I'm looking to find a new home for:

I miss this game I wish the computer version was available.

I would try eBay. From the sold listings page it seems there are still buyers out there for the cards.

BGG has its own system, called the marketplace (or Geek Market). BGG gets a 3% commission for any sales (which is much less than eBay or Amazon!)

You can leave feedback, and build up buying/selling (and trading) feedback right here on BGG.

I'm new to the game; just browser around the web and found it. I hunted everywhere for the cards and only found SG-1 Systems Lords booster box on Amazon. Not even eBay had them which is where I would expect to buy and sell them. I brought booster box, but would really like to find the original set at a reasonable price. Any suggestions.

If it helps, I just posted a starter and booster box of both the base set and system lords on ebay, with a starting bid of much less than I originally bought them for a couple years ago.

A search for "stargate box -dvd trading card game" should find them all.

Loved the SOE online game, spent a small fortune on it only to find one day that it had been pulled, then they pulled the Star Wars Galaxy TCG too.

It was playable on OCTGN last time I checked but not quite integrated to the same degree at the SOE game.

I just checked on ebay and it is a Stargate TCG desert. Last year you couldn't search for a card game without some SG1 card appearing.

Hi,

I’m interested in tracking down any of the following Stargate TCG promo cards and I was wondering whether you might happen to have any spares that you’d be willing to sell:

1P2 - Anubis, Galactic Menace

1P4 - Jay Felger, Scientist in the Field

1P5 - Thor, Asgard Ally

1P6 - DHD

1P7 - Oma Desala, Guide to Ascension

2P2 - Cronus, God of Fate

2P8 - Daniel Jackson, Ascended Being

3P2 - Ori Mothership

3P3 - Heru'ur, Shrewd Rival

3P4 - Daniel Jackson, Prior of the Ori

3P5 - Kate Heightmeyer

3P6 - Hermiod, Engineering Specialist

3P7 - Prometheus, The X-303

3P8 - Merlin, Dissenting Ancient

I’m also interested in tracking down Demo A and Demo B decks that were released in the lead up to the offical release of the TCG cards. The demo decks have a white backing instead of the usual printed backing, and they are labeled in the bottom right corner as either Demo A or B.

If you can assist in any way please do get in touch!

Thanks,

Daniel
