OK, I've only played this (in the Valley Games edition) only once. A 7 hours marathon, half of which was election 1, because we were five newbies. But this is not a session report, so I digress.

I've seen people complain about the rules changes from those on 2nd edition of the game. I think that we should have a compilation of these differences. The preferred way of play tends to be the one you learnt first, IMHO. So which of these rules is better might be a matter of tastes.

The rules changes I've found are.

d10-1 Draw back to three platform cards before discarding for replacement.

d10-2 Exchange Board having always six cards.

d10-3 Sole highest rejected contribution gives three bonus dice.

d10-4 Boards 5-7 getting a free meeting cube? (Rules say, set them up as 5.2.1)

Am I missing something?

We're playing for the first time tonight on the 3rd edition rules, so maybe I'll have more comments tomorrow - but is the above a change? If so, was the old rule 2 dice or something? I recall playing with a highest rejected bonus in the v.2 rules...
