From http://riograndegames.com/news.html (updated Nov. 9th)

New game and reprint schedule

After long customs delays, Alhambra: City Gate, Alhambra: Thief’s Turn, and Alhambra: Calif’s Treasure Vault, Taj Mahal, and Dancing Ducklin’ (the expansion for Chicken Cha Cha Cha) finally shipped in mid-November and are now in stores. Barnyard Critters, Augsburg 1520, Thurn & Taxis, and Lost Cities have been reprinted and also shipped from from our warehouse last month and are in stores. To Court the King, Power Grid: Benelux & Central Europe, Medici vs Strozzi, Fiji, Formidable Foes, and Ark expansion will arrive and ship this week. They will be available in stores before Thanksgiving.

Imperial, On the Underground, and Yspahan will ship and be available in early December. We plan to receive Ruse & Bruise, and the reprints of Carcassonne: Hunters & Gatherers and Puerto Rico in mid-December. If things go as planned, we should receive Hermagor and the re-release of Medici just before Christmas. That leaves us with Cartagena II, If Wishes were Fishes, and Taluva for release in January 2007.

See RGG (Jay's) last reply on the subject at http://www.boardgamegeek.com/article/1157699#1157699

In another thread it appears it just started arriving at retailers in Germany at the beginning of this month. That hopefully means Queen has sent it on a boat to Jay....
