Depends on the environment but I ran this through the app on Insula Primalis and 26% came up.

Check out the Sentinels Difficulty Scoring System:

http://x.gray.org/sentinels-of-the-multiverse-difficulty-sco...

According to that the matchup you describe has a score of 109, which is ~50% chance of losing/~50% chance of winning. A "Difficult" game.

But you mention Matthew Gray in your message above, I now realize, so you must be asking something different? Over here:

https://rpggeek.com/article/18110710#18110710

Matthew Gray says that in his research there isn't really much interaction between the card choices, although the data is very sparse. This would indicate to me that the best guess as to what would be the hardest Advanced Baron Blade matchup would be whatever the Difficulty Scoring System says is the worst matchup among the decks you own.

Yeah, forgot to mention Ruins of Atlantis. What app? Is this the Matt Gray difficulty calculator sheet?

I just used the Sentinels Randomizer app and in that environment that percent of winning is 22.
