I briefly saw a copy of this at Origins - the new English Rio Grande version. One question - where's the "8" on the side? I have all of mine in a row on the shelf, and I want to get this one too, but do I have to wait for a reprint, or was the "8" left off on purpose?

Re:Mammoth Hunters, Alea
Hello,
it is definetely a misprint. You can verify by browsing the official Alea site, www.aleaspiele.de, where the side of the box correctly shows an "8".
This is really a pity. I have asked Rio Grande, and a reprint is not scheduled, at least for the moment.

Ciao
Roberto

I don't think this answers the question about whether it was a misprint or not. Jay might have left it off on purpose when Rio Grande printed it. It is a shame it isn't there.
