I use these. Easy to find here in Germany and relatively cheap. I put my magazine games in them--they're completely enclosed, and they sit upright on my game shelves. Also pretty convenient if taking a game with you to a buddy's house.

I keep them in ziplocks in a file cabinet. Are there risks to keeping them in the ziplocks?

I store my magazine games in 10" x 13" ziploc bags, and then store the bags in these:

$4.99 a pair at Ikea.

They do the job very well!

GMT Games sells 2" and 3" generic white boxes made of the heavier cardboard (think C&A:A, COIN Series) that are great because I can store between 2-5 games in counter trays and the magazines in one box.

I use plastic pastes from Viquel. They're preety much robust, Can be stored like a Book due to the hard corners and has space for most of this PnP games or the ones wich are on magazines. They cost me arround 2,5€

Here is an example and in the bottom the link and image from the manufacturer:

I bought 4 blank 1.25" deep game boxes from Legion Games. Only $4 each, plus shipping. They're the right size for the collection shelf, they'll take a printed label no problem, and they look great next to my professionally produced boxes.

Very happy with them
