Ta fast Jack (Get Jack)

The main characters in this card game are Jack the prince of Evil and Corel the prince of Goodness. The goal is to get all the cards to capture Jack.

It’s a game of perception and dexterity. There is no luck involved whatsoever.

The cards are divided among the players and each player is trying to defeat Evil by drawing cards from their decks. If the card shows the evil Jack then all players must try to place their hand on the card first. The player that captures the card first takes that card and all beneath it and put them in the bottom of his/her own deck.

If any player puts their hand on a card that doesn't show the evil Jack then they are punished and have to take a card from their deck and give it to the player whose card was captured by mistake.

The artwork is a kind of 80´s science fiction in the spirit of Star Trek. The hero Corel is wearing a dandy uniform in faded blue and yellow. He has a laser pistol and a pair of high boots.

To Corel’s aid there’s his trustworthy advisor Oresto, two good muscle men and a fancy battle sled.

One character to look out for in particular is Jack’s twin sister Jacki who also happens to be evil. Players that are too eager about crushing the minions of doom might confuse the twins.

The game is too violent for my taste. It will eventually just lead to someone getting hurt. Don’t play with people that have sharp nails.
