When FFG's sale was listed here, I jumped right in and bought Thunder's Edge; Thunder's Edge: Demon Canyon; Arena Maximus, and Wreckage for $35.60 shipped.
All items arrived today and things look great.
I do have a question though, under the BGG Thunder's Edge listing, there are images that show little miniatures. The Thunder's Edge and expansion I received don't have any miniatures. Were there two variants released or was there a Geek that got zealous and used some third party miniatures?

Here is a pic of the contents:

Doesn't look as if miniatures came with the game.

Yeah, no minis in my copy. Wish people would put comments on pics like that.

Here's a pic with some miniatures.

As I look closer, I see some Risk 2251, Star Wars:Queen's Gambit, and other minis in the picture. My guess is that Tisander (who posted the pics with minis) must've improvised and used other minis in Thunder's Edge.

Either way, TE looks like a game I'll enjoy anyway. Even sans-minis.

Looks like the fighters were pulled from Silent Death.
