They pretty much have no similarities.
Other than being spatially rich games.
Pueblo is a spatial bash the leader in which you are trying to physically hide your own coloured blocks - while having the chief 'see' other players' colours.
Torres is a strong positional game in which you manage action points to build and move your knights upwards (while attempting to deny others the same). It's a much more open space for creative and clever moves.
They are both fun though! (albeit for different reasons)
